Study program for recruiters of financial institutions launched in Kyiv 03.02.2020

Within the frames of the project Good Financial Governance III – the presentation of the 3 months study program for the recruiters of the personnel departments took place. The study program will be implemented together with GIZ Ukraine with the methodological support of the HR GOV Club.

The program created for the recruiters of the personnel departments of the following institutions: Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Audit Service of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, State Treasury Service of Ukraine, State Customs Service of Ukraine, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Open Public Finance.

The following subjects will be covered by the study and the participants will learn:

  • Recruiting in the context of the main HR processes 
  • Importance of the well-organized recruitment processed
  • Influence on the organizational culture, effectiveness, motivation, employer brand
  • Types and stages of recruiting  process
  • Candidate’s profile
  • CV screening
  • Types of the interviews, conducting the interview
  • Feed-back to candidates
  • Onboarding and adaptation

The Module 1 of the study took place on January 14, 2020, on the facilities of Kyiv School of Economics. Participants of the training were studying the theory of HR, learned the recruiting peculiarities with Olena Halushko. And then, based on the learned materials, todatger with Alina Vladyka  worked on the practice – created their own vision on ‘how the well-organized recruiting Influences on the organizational culture, effectiveness, motivation, engagement, and employer brand “.
